Jammu, Feb 11: In CPSW No. 703/2018 In SWP No. 893/2003 c/w ROBSW No. 06/2025 titled Ryaz Ahmed Vs Dr. Sheetal Nanda & Anr. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
01. The respondents have filed fresh status report dated 06.02.2026, wherein it has been submitted that the judgment of the writ court is in the process of implementation and presently the matter is under the consideration of General Administration Department (GAD).
It has been submitted that once approval is accorded by the competent authority, the order shall be issued in favour of the petitioner. 02. Learned counsel for the respondents seek three weeks time to come up with compliance report.
03. Let the needful be done by next date of hearing, failing which appropriate orders shall follow.
