CAV No. 2640/2025: With the appearance of Mr. Sandeep Singh, Advocate for the caveators, the caveat stands discharged. WP(C) No. 201/2026
01. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record. Also, heard learned counsel for the caveators.
02. Issue notice, which is waived by Ms. Priyanka Bhat, Advocate appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. Sandeep Singh, Advocate for respondent No. 5.
They seek and are granted three weeks’ time to file response.
03. Registry is directed to summon the scanned record from the Court of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, in file No. RD0050000011372 titled ‘Sham Lal and Ors. Vs. Isher Dass’ and from the Court of Financial Commissioner (Revenue), J&K, in file No. 1361/FC-AP titled ‘Sham Lal and Ors. Vs. Isher Dass.’ 04. List on 11.03.2026. 05.
In the meantime, subject to objections from other side and till next date of hearing before the Bench, the impugned order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the Financial Commissioner shall remain stayed to the extent of remanding the matter to Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, with regard to the implementation of Mutation No. 500 dated 07.10.1970.
