Jammu, Feb 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Government informed the Legislative Assembly that there is no proposal to open new wine shops in the Union Territory.
In a written reply by the Finance Department, given by the Minister In-Charge, Finance Department, to a question raised by MLA Arjun Singh Raju, the government said that “As of now, no new liquor licences are proposed to be issued in Jammu and Kashmir during the next financial year.”
