Hyderabad, Feb 06: Shiva Prasad, Junior Assistant O/o the Deputy Educational Office, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad was caught red-handed by the Telangana ACB officials, while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs. 10,000/- from the complainant at his office for doing an official favour i.e.. for not removing the complainant school from the list of SSC board examination centres.
The tainted cash of ₹10,000 was recovered from the possession of the accused at his instance.
The accused was taken into custody and is being produced before the special court for SPE and ACB cases at Nampally for judicial remand.
