JAMMU, Feb 05: Transaction of Business Rules that will determine the role of the elected Government in the six-year-old Union Territory are likely to be issued soon, sources told Cross Town News.
These rules will define the administrative functioning and jurisdiction of Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers in the Union Territory.
Last month , the terms of appointment of Nasir Wani as Advisor to CM were also cleared by Lok Bhawan J&K.
