Bhopal, Feb 04: Zonal Office, ED has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Ashok Kumar Soni, the then Sub Post Master, Jirapur Sub Post Office, District Rajgarh (MP) under PMLA, 2002, before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Bhopal on 04.02.2026 in a matter related to abusing his official position during the period from December 2016 to May 2017.
In this matter, the Hon’ble Court has issued notice for pre-cognizance hearing against the accused person. Details with CTN read as under:-
