Jammu, Feb 03: In C.P./68/2025 (JAMMU) In O.A./452/2021 titled PAWAN SINGH Vs D/O CONSUMER AFFAIRS & PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION a, DB of CAT after hearing ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 05.12.2025 bailable warrant was issued against the contemnor No. 4-Mr. Atul Kumar JKAS, Secretary, J&K Services Selection Board, Hema Complex, Sector-3, Channi Himmat, Jammu181121, which was not received after execution.
Now, the fresh bailable warrant is issued and SSP Jammu is directed to execute this bailable warrant and ensure presence of the contemnor on the next date.
In case, the warrant is not executed by the SSP, he would file a personal affidavit.
List on 03.03.2026. Let a copy of this order be sent to SSP, Jammu for necessary compliance.
