JAMMU, Feb 03: Chief Minister J&K Omar Abdullah to introduce 2 Bills on Wednesday.
As per details with Cross Town News , CM to introduce "A Bill to amend certain enactments of the Union Territory of the Jammu and Kashmir, for discriminalising and rationalizing offences to further enhance trust-based governance for ease of living and doing business.”
CM J&K also to introduce "A Bill to amend certain enactments of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to eliminate any discrimination or denial of equal treatment for persons affected by Leprosy that negatively affect such persons and promote their segregation and discrimination and to enable the Union Territory to discharge its positive obligations through affirmative action.”
