Jammu, Jan 27: In C.P./253/2025 (JAMMU) In O.A./1320/2024 titled KANTA DEVI Vs CHIEF SECRETARY after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 08.08.2025 the case of the respondent - Department has been dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court.
Now, more than five months have passed, the respondents have neither complied with the order nor they have filed any SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court till date, so we are taking serious note of such noncompliance by the respondents/contemnors despite availing sufficient time and opportunities, and are now constrained to issue bailable warrant with two surety bonds each to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- against contemnor no. 3 - Director Health Services Jammu, Dr.Abdul Hamid Zarger.
Further, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu is directed to execute the bailable warrants and ensure the presence of the abovementioned contemnor before this Court on 02.03.2026.
Let a copy of this order be sent to SSP Jammu for necessary compliance.
