NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), under the Department of Revenue, notified the appointment of eight senior Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) officers to the rank of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (PCCIT) (placed Officers in Level 17 of the Pay Matrix (Apex Scale) , have been cleared for the panel year 2026 on an in-situ basis.
As per details with Cross Town News, the list features Officer from the 1990 batch Alok Kumar , who has remained posted in Jammu and Kashmir during deputation to Jammu and Kashmir.
Kumar has remained Administrative Secretary School Education , YSS in Jammu and Kashmir.
