Jammu, Jan 26: Ist App Authority Secretary(PIO), Tehsildar, CTP, Legal Assistant did not understand the meaning of Sec 8(1)(b) of RTI Act causing harassment to applicants to get reply through RTI?
It is to mention here that Cross Town News is in possession of RTI replys of JDA given by Tehsildar, which are contradictory in application & thereafter in Ist Appeal but neither DLM nor Secretary bother to act on Tehsildar for misinformation & contradictory replies, which are evident clear from below snapshots of replys of so called competent officers of JDA?
Ist Appeal filed on 9th Jan but till today no date has been fixed for hearing despite lapse of 17 days?
