In the meantime, respondents are directed to consider the appointment of the applicant for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) instead of Class--IV, keeping in view his higher qualification of M. Tech in Civil Engineering and in the light of the judgement dated 13.10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh at Jammu in WPC no. 2785/2024.
