JAMMU, Jan 18: Principal Secretary Finance J&K Santosh Vaidya has been transferred to Delhi segment from Jammu and Kashmir.
Sources told Cross Town News , it has to be seen when senior IAS Officer Santosh Vaidya will be relieved before Budget and discussions in Jammu and Kashmir or after Budget, which is more likely scenario.
J&K Budget to be presented on February 6 by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah ( as Finance Minister) , and Demands of Grants/discussion to follow till 18th February.
