Jammu, Jan 13: J&K Govt have issued som instructions to accord NOC for Building Permission Cases in a fixed time frame including Jammu Development Authority to accord it NOC in 21 days but UBBL of 2021 has also mentioned that if JDA does not accord Building Permission, the applicant can start the work after 30 days but had VC JDA ever bothered to act on delays caused by his Revenue Section & STP Section, which is causing delay tactics in Building Permission Cases.
However, new instructions over NOCs for Building Permissions to JDA & others have been notified under PSGA.
