JAMMU, Jan 12: After Jammu district review meeting on monday, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah defended the decision for opening of proposed National Law University in Kashmir.
CM questioned why similar concerns were not raised (by the BJP MLAs) when premier institutes like IIT and IIM were established in Jammu.
BJP MLAs including Sham Lal Sharma said the CM Omar has developed habit of considering Jammu and Kashmir across Banihal.
They said he should change his mindset.
In the meeting BJP MP Jugal Kishore also had heated exchange with the Sports Minister.
