New Delhi, Jan 01: Dept of Food & Public Distribution Govt of India replied in a RTI reply that total, 2.12 Crores Ineligible Benificicaries removed from Free Ration List in Yr 2024 -25 but one so called competent Tehsildar, Jammu Development Authority denies information of personal file of one applicant by quoting Sec 8(1)(b) but none of the bosses like DLM as Ist Appellant Authority bothered to act on such incompetent officer.
It is also to mention here that if one will verify the RTI reply & contradictory reply in Ist Appeal, raised questions on working of JDA as a whole but who will act on such like officers.
