Jammu, Dec 29: There are countless questions on Shaleen Kabra, ACS for non complying Govt's SRO 456 of 2017/LGs ACs Decisions dtd 29th Jan 2022 & 25th July 2025 over a serious public issue, which is causing harassment to thousand of innocents of J&K & other side causing loss of crores to Govt Exchequer by way of stamp duty fee & other taxes by stopping sale/purchase of particular nomenclature land & above all is not submitting report of untimely 34 death in Katra on 26th.
Following deaths, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha constituted a three-member high-level committee on 29th Aug headed by the boss Shaleen Kabra, ACS, to inquire into the tragic landslide incident that occurred near Adhkawari on the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji track in Reasi district causing 34 untimely deaths.
According to an order issued by Raj Bhavan, the committee was headed by the Shaleen Kabra , Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Department of Jal Shakti was directed to submit report in two weeks, which stands exhausted on 13th of September but now on today is 29th of December but report of big boss is still awaited by the public.
