Jammu, Dec 21: No doubts, Revenue Wing headed by DLM managed appointments of Patwaries of JDA as KWIs in addition to their own duties, who are not even able to do justice with recovering JDA Lands from encroachers , according NOCs in time for BP Cases & even are not having full details of JDA lands , which are not fenced yet, which is evident clear from RTI reply of JDA by which Tehsildar JDA has asked applicant to provide the detail of Khasra No, for which information required raised questions on concerned Tehsildar?
However, the order issued by DLM, JDA for assigning additional charge of Khilaf Warzi Inspectors to Patwaries may be with approval of VC JDA by misguiding with wrong versions, no doubts a matter of high level enquiry, because is in open violation of basic Recruitment Rules for the said post but speaks of taking full control by DLM of all JDA"s working Departments as it never happened previously in JDA ?
Now, one can verify that whether said exercise of DLM has brought restrictions on illegal construction in the jurisdiction but no as even despite proof provided to DLM on encroachments of JDA Lands, he did not acted but live example can be seen of illegal construction was stopped on Sunday by DLM after providing information to him?
Whether, VC JDA or DLM act on concerned Patwari assigned with additional charge of KWI that how the said slab was being laid on Sunday? how the structure raised on main road but was in notice of said Patwari? Has some senior Officer conducted visit in adjoining areas of said jurisdiction to see other illegal constructions without BP clearance, which will speak working of concerned officers?
However, it has come to understand that work has been stopped by JDA but shall the responsibly of concerned officers be fixed for such like illegal constructions in adjoining areas followed by other jurisdictions of Patwaries after the days they have assigned additional charge of KWI's by DLM to bring restrctions in illegal constructions by putting burden on Patwaries, who are already speaks of their overburden in JDA?
