Jammu, Dec 15: Building Permission cases are not being cleared in prescribed time period as granted in the ACT speak the supremacy of Chief Town Planner & his team followed by withholding of NOCs by Revenue Officers as not being counter checked by the VC JDA.
It is to mention here that, the boss, CTP is sleeping on highlighting issue of Proposed Roads of MP of 2032, which was notified in March 2017 but none was taken up nor was notified till day despite lapse of 08 years despite knowing the facts raised pointer towards his working, need actions, as even he is aware of the issue of an application over the issue & is pending in his personal office & not bothering to dispose it in general in public interest in violation of J&K Development Act of 1970.
Above all one case of illegal observation of then CTP ,JDA for rejecting a BP Case & Counter by CTP of TPO on wrong observations neither the boss VC, JDA & nor CTP, JDA could brought issue to higher office but decided on their own with 100% illegal observations vide No. JDA/CTP/D/479 dtd27.11.2025, needed to be enquired.
