Jammu, Dec 04: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah sought details of encroachers of JDA lands with complete details from the boss of Jammu Development Authority after a house was selectively demolished by JDA.
Whether they will be be able to provide details in full as they even themselves have not complete details, which can be seen from a recent reply by JDA for not providing details of JDA lands which are not fenced.
However, it is to mention here that even JDA bosses not following court cases properly by which their lands could be saved but causing expenses on litigation charges raised some questions on their working.
However sources told that a prime piece of land around 8 Kanal, in Kh No 985, Ploura, which stands encroached is not been followed properly by JDA in High Court as encroacher has brought stay from court, if studied along with other such each & every cases & enquired thoroughly shall speak the fact & working of Revenue Wing as a whole?
Prime land around 60 K, part of which stand encroached but till today neither JDA fenced it nor removed encroachments raised some doubtful questions of JDA as a whole?
