Jammu, Dec 03: In O.A./1905/2025 (JAMMU) titled AKHTER HUSSAIN MIR Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Notices be issued to the respondents, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.

Respondents are directed to file reply within four weeks, furnishing an advance copy of the same to applicants' counsel. List on 30.12.2025.
In the meantime, impugned order No. CEO/Res/Estt/38981-38986 dated 28.11.2025 as well as the Order No. ZEO/A/Estt/2025/1281 dated 28.11.2025 shall remain stayed qua the applicant and the applicant be allowed to perform his duties in MS Dugmalla.
