Jammu, dec 03: In O.A./1902/2025 (JAMMU) titled YASH PAUL Vs AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Notices be issued to the respondents, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.
Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. A.A.G. appears and waives notices on behalf of the respondents. Respondents are directed to file reply by the next date, furnishing an advance copy of the same to applicants' counsel. List on 09.12.2025.
In the meantime, impugned selection list dated 28.11.2025 issued by the respondent no. 1 for undergoing the course of BSc. Horticulture, shall remain stayed qua the private respondent no. 5.
Further, show-cause notice be issued to the respondent no. 3 - Director, Horticulture Department, Jammu seeking explanation regarding why he has recommended the name of the petitioner's junior for the undergoing the course of B.Sc. Horticulture without deciding the representation of the petitioner, and why contempt proceedings be not initiated against him for such non-compliance. Registry shall issue show-cause notice to respondent no. 3 - Director, Horticulture Department, Jammu.
