Competence of Revenue Officers of JDA can be compared with RTI reply of other department by which an official information has been provided by the Govt but incompetent Revenue Officers of JDA by quoting Sec 8(1)(b) refused information to applicant of her own file because it would have detected delay tactics committed by JDA Officers in non compliance of Div Com DCs & then VCs by lower rank Revenue Officers of JDA.
It can be observed from the below snapshot, which will speak that JDA’s Revenue Wing could not provide information on JDA Plots which are not fenced but asking applicant to provide Kh No where it is required.
