Chandigarh, Nov 16: One, Shakti Singh, now in the age of 42, who currently serves as a Regional Officer in the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, had appeared for the HCS (Executive Branch) Examination in 2004, conducted by the Haryana Public Service Commission got the justice from High Court & set to be officer of the Haryana Civil Services.
But in 2005 by quoting some illegality in recruitment process his appointment was stalled following which he approached the court and after legal fight of 21 years with Govt ultimately he got justice, now.
Following which, an Engineer is now set to be elevated as an officer of the Haryana Civil Services , following the direction of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which gave a verdict in his favour.
