JAMMU, NOVEMBER 06: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, has expressed profound grief over the sad demise of Shri Madan Lal Gupta, father of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Suresh Kumar Gupta.
In his condolence message, the Chief Secretary, on behalf of the entire Jammu and Kashmir administration, extended heartfelt sympathies to Suresh Kumar Gupta and the bereaved family.
