High Court finds affidavit filed by "Shaleen Kabra" is deficient for, it does not address the matter in issue?  Grants Adjournment

Jammu, Nov 05: In CCP(D) No. 47/2024 titled Prakash Chand & Anr. V/s Shaleen Kabra & Ors after hearing HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-

            Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the compliance/status report in terms of order dated August 5, 2025 has since been filed.

However, after we had heard the matter at some length, we find that the said affidavit is deficient for, it does not address the matter in issue.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the respondents prays for a short accommodation to furnish a detailed/comprehensive status report in this regard.

Adjourned to 25.11.2025.
