Jammu, Nov 4: In M.A./1663/2025, In O.A./907/2025 titled LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT DEPARTMENT Vs ANIL after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Miscellaneous Application No. 1663/2025 has been filed by the respondents, seeking modification/clarification of order dated 01.07.2025.
Considering the submission made by the respondents' counsel, Para no. 8 of order dated 01.07.2025 is hereby clarified to the extent declaration of result is concerned.
Respondents are at liberty to declare the result of all the candidates except the applicant, whose result shall be kept in the sealed cover and be opened on the direction of this Court.
With this, MA is disposed of.
