JAMMU, Nov 04: Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir , Manoj Sinha, inaugurated Jhiri Mela and lays Foundation Stone of Indoor Sports Complex at Marh.
DDC Chairperson Bharat Bhushan , Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar, MLA Surinder Kumar , DIG Jammu Shiv Kumar were there on the occassion.
LG said "Today inaugurated annual Jhiri Mela at Marh Sub-Division in Jammu. Paid obeisance to Baba Jitto and Bua Kauri.
Dedicated a pilgrim community hall and 4 modular bus stops, and laid foundation stone for the first 'Indoor Sports Complex' under CSR at Marh Sub-Division.
Called upon the people to take a pledge to embrace the path of selfless service and work towards a just and equal society as envisioned by Baba Jitto."
