JAMMU, Oct 31: Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma on friday said that Action against threats must never be compromised.
Sharma said "Whenever the nation’s integrity and sovereignty are threatened, decisive action is necessary.
The Modi government has taken a clear stance on this, and parties that question or obstruct such action display an anti-national mindset. Legislators who doubt national security measures reflect the same mentality. In the past, such parties in power have often ignored terrorism, separatism, and lawlessness, sometimes even defending those involved. No one is above the law. Those who engage in anti-national activities must face consequences.
Allowing them to act with impunity is dangerous. The government’s duty is to protect the nation, and action against threats must never be compromised."
