JAMMU, Oct 24: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today chaired a high-level meeting to review the arrangements for the upcoming Darbar Move.
He took a detailed assessment of the transportation, security, medical facilities, accommodation and essential services for the employees shifting to Jammu.
The Chief Minister directed all departments to work in close coordination to ensure a smooth, secure and hassle-free transition of offices.
He further instructed the Estates Department to establish a dedicated control room for addressing accommodation and logistical issues, while the General Administration Department (GAD) shall set up the Winter Secretariat at Srinagar with minimal staff presence.
