Jammu, Oct 13: Initiation of Regular departmental action against Liyaqat Raheem Poswal S/o Abdul Rahim Poswal R/O Tangmarg Aharbal, then posted as Orderly/Clerk in Naib Tehsildar office, Aharbal Kulgam in case FIR No 06/2022 P/S ACB Anantnag- Appointment of Enquiry Officer in terms of Rule 33(4) of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, thereof.
FCR, Shaleen Kabra appointed senior JKAS Officer as Inquiry Officer to enquire into charges framed against a Govt Official in FIR in ACB, order copy with CTN reads as under:-
"In pursuance to Rule 33(4) of the J&K Civil Services(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of the and Mr. Viqar Ahmad GiN, JKAS Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam as Inquiry officer to enquire into the charges framed against Liyaqat Raheem Poswal S/o Abdul Rahim Poswal R/O Tangmarg Aharbal, then posted as Orderly/Clerk in Naib Tehsildar office ,Aharbal Kulgam .
Tehsildar Tangmarg shall be the Presenting Officer".
Further the enquiry officer shall conduct an in depth/exhaustive inquiry and submit his findings/ report along with his specific comments within a period of 21 days from the issuance of this Order.
