Law Department to act for non compliance?

Law Department to act for non compliance?

Rajesh Gupta

Jammu, Oct 04: There are countless questions on J&K's Law Department for not acting for its own non compliances causing delay in justice.

However, Secretary, Law can see one example on not filing reply not in 30 days but has not been filed since delay of years in WP(C) 1330 of 2023, which is on issue of fraud done by Officials which was clear after extensive enquiry by DC office Jammu,  but causing delay in filing reply & passing of adverse orders  by Honble Court in ref to Court order dtd. 21.05.2025, shall close the right to act on fraudster and shall benefit land grabbers on fault of concerned, who are neither appearing or filing reply in Honble Court for early disposal of the case?

It is also to mention here that a tough order was passed by Honble High Court in last date, copy with CTN can be looked into by Law Secretary to see the working.

However, once upon a time Law Department issued instructions on validity of "STAYS" in compliance to Honble Supreme Court Orders, which reads as under but had it ever acted upon for its non compliance, which may be causing delay in Justice to innocent litigants.
