Srinagar, September 17 : Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet Minister Satish Sharma announced the launch of paperless PVC RC (Registration Certificate) cards and outlined measures to improve transport services in the Union Territory.
Sharma said the PVC RC card will be issued from October 1 onwards. “We have launched the PVC card, which is paperless. This will ensure that all data is available in one place and reduce inconvenience when cards are lost or damaged,” he said.
