Jammu, Sep 17: Once upon a time Govt constituted committee for reconstruction of the missing records of Jammu Dev Authority & wine more case of illegalities in JDA clear from Govt order No. 144-JK(HU) of 2023 on missing files in Jammu Dev Authority?
It is a fact that large number of files are missing from the allotment section of the Jammu Development Authority during the past several years but till date no responsibility has been fixed although successive Vice-Chairmans were made aware of this grave issue but, on the recommendations of then Vice-Chairman, Shiv Kumar Gupta, the Govt constituted a committee for reconstruction of record and matter has also been reportedly brought to the notice of the Crime Branch Jammu for thorough investigation and identification of erring officials.
In the said order time frame was fixed to conduct meetings for early reconstruction of missing file, so need of the day the present VC should see the outcome of the said Govt order that whether he was informed by the concerned officers over the issue & verify that how many meetings were conducted & how many files have been reconstructed, as innocents are having some hope from the present VC, JDA that he will act accordingly to reconstruct the pending missing files by the JDA Officials.
