Jammu, Sep 16: In CPSW No. 665/2018 CM No. 7843/2023 CM No. 296/2024 titled Kamal Krishan Razdan Vs Rohit Kansal & Ors. after hearing a DB comprising of HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
CM No. 5839/2025: The instant application has been moved on behalf of respondent No. 1- Administrative Secretary to Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department, seeking exemption from personal appearance due to official engagement in New Delhi.
For the reasons stated in the application coupled with submissions made at Bar, same is allowed and personal appearance of respondent No. 1 is dispensed with for today’s hearing.
CM No. 5839/2025 is ‘disposed of’. CM No. 5840/2025: The instant application has been filed seeking recalling of order dated 26.08.2025, whereby, bailable warrant was issued against the respondent Administrative Secretary to Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department.
Since the bailable warrant has not been executed, the application is allowed Serial No. 16 2 for the reasons pleaded in the application and submissions urged at Bar, and bailable warrant issued in terms of order dated 26.08.2025 is recalled.
CM No. 5840/2025 is ‘disposed of’. CPSW No. 665/2018: Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG submits that all the benefits which have been granted to the petitioner in the judgment, shall be granted to him within three weeks and seeks adjournment therefor.
In the interest of justice, last and final opportunity is granted to the respondents to implement the order/judgment in letter and spirit before the next date of hearing, failing which, Dr. Ashish Chander Verma- Administrative Secretary to Government, Planning Development and Monitoring Department, shall appear in person to explain as to why Rule be not framed against him.
