Jammu, Sep 09: In some cases DCz of JKUT are not acting on issue of according CLUs by other side causing delay in earning to Govt Exchequer to crores in a particular as CLU fee?
However FCR/Revenue Secretary can see the non compliance of s orders on according CLU in a period of 30 days otherwise it should be in powers of DC to accord CLU?
DCs were also asked to submit such cases with Explanatory Note to Revenue Secretary & to be seen whether DCs submitted such notes to Government till day & how many cases of CLU are pending with district wise DCs?
However, ACR, SDM, Tehsildars were made responsible for implementation of such directions.
