Jammu, Sep 8: It is strange to mention that Revenue wing failed to report the JDA lands, which are not fenced causing encroachments were now over burdened by Jammu Dev Authority by assigning additional charge for the posts of Khilaf Warzi Inspectors.
However, one Patwari while speaking to Cross Town News said, they are being unnecessarily being burdened with the job for which they are not technically aware of may cause trouble in their routine working, other wise JDA should appoint qualified persons as per Recruitment Rules, so that they can perform their duties in a better way to streamline the system.
It is to mention here that since years employees of JDA were assigned the job & was being followed by other VCs as per Recruitment Rules of Local Bodies or JMC speaks of some % ge of placements from employees of the department & being followed in JMC as well or JDA once upon a time advertised posts of KWIs but after receiving applications the said file is silent.
However, now again JDA has issued orders for assigning additional charge for the posts of Khilaf Warzi Inspectors to Junior Engineers instead of regularizing departmental.
