JAMMU, Aug 26: The Board of Directors of Jammu and Kashmir Bank today approved reappointment of Sudhir Gupta as Executive Director on the Board from December 13, 2025 till November 30, 2027 subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India.
The Board also approved appointment of Arun Gandotra as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Directors on the Board for a period of three years subject to approval of shareholders.
