CAT seeks Personal Appearance of  CEO/ZEO to explain explain why they are misleading this Court

Jammu, Aug 19: In C.P./32/2024 (JAMMU) [ CONTEMPT ] In M.A./934/2023, M.A./846/2024 Along With O.A./155/2025  titled ANKU SHARMA Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT  after hearing CAT ordered as under:-

Vide order dated 24.04.2025, Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG stated that the CEO Rajouri had sent all the bills to the Treasury Officer, Kalakote, District Rajouri on 25.03.2025 for the clearance.

Today, Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. AAG has made the statement that the bills which were sent by the ZEO, Moughla to the Treasury Officer, Kalakote has been cleared.

However, ld. counsel for the petitioner confronted the statement made by Mr. Thapa and stated that the petitioner has only been paid the amount of seven months. Rests of the salary has not been released till date.

It appears that they gave misleading statement to this Court.

So, the ZEO, Moughla and the CEO, Rajouri are directed to remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing and explain why they are misleading this Court by making the statement that they have sent all the bills of the petitioner to the Treasury Officer, Kalakote.
