NEW DELHI, Aug 15: During Independence Day celebrations in Delhi, Salute was taken by CM Rekha Gupta , while Special Commissioner Delhi Police Vijay Kumar commanding  Parade.

Vijay Kumar is IPS Officer of erstwhile J&K cadre.
