Jammu, July 25: Arresting of 02 corrupt patwaris red handed by ACB in one day Jammu raised questions on working of DC/SDM/ACR/Tehsildars of Jammu District as otherwise corruption can never be possible in routine works in one office if concerned officers are acting properly over the general issues of the public in a time bound manner like under PSGA & other related Govt Orders?
Govt can itself can verify the working of DC/SDM/ACR/Tehsildars, whether they are complying directions issued by Govt over %age of test checks to be accorded by them on Girdawaris, which is being done twice in a year & actual status of land has to be recorded in it?
It is very much clear that if FCR/Secretary Revenue, DCs are not bothering LG/Govt over LGs ACs 02 Decisions dtd 29th Jan 2022 & dtd 25th July 2024, Govts SRO-456 of 2017, GO dtd 4th Feb 2022 & dtd 02 Aug 2024 of Revenue Dept, how small employees like Patwaris will bother public for their genuine works?
However, office of DC Jammu Officer is silent of fraud permissions granted on delineation of Gair Mumkin Khad lands, one of which was cancelled over a complaint but DC Office Jammu despite reminder by Div Com Jammu for actions sleeping over the issue.
It is also to mention here that DC Office Jammu is not following properly WP(C) 2850 of 2022 &1330/2023 as otherwise DC Jammu has cancelled the fraud mutations entered by Revenue Wing of Tehsil Bahu & Tehsildar Bahu is also not processing ahead to declare one excess 14 Marla out of 31 M cancelled mutation & other 18.5 Marla as case dismissed as withdrawn by concerned.
