Jammu, July 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has designated the Special Secretary of the Housing and Urban Development Department, Vikas Sharma, as the Mission Director and State Nodal Agency (SNA) for the implementation of the Urban Challenge Funds Scheme under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India.
