Jammu, July 8: Jammu and Kashmir Government has made it mandatory for all suppliers and contractors participating in the e-tendering process to disclose their GST-linked bank account details at the time of bid submission.
As per a circular, departments must ensure that payments are made only to the bank account linked with the GST number of the successful bidder.
