NEW DELHI, July 08: Prahlad Singh Dangwal has been appointed Director in Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on regular basis.
As per details with Cross Town News , prior to this, Prahlad was posted as Deputy Secretary in Ministry of Home Affairs.
The notification copy with Cross Town News reads ": Consequent upon inclusion of his name in the Senior Selection Grade (Director) Select List (SSGSL) of Central Secretariat Service for the year 2025 vide Department of Personnel & Training’s Order No.3/2/2025-CS.I(D) dated 25.06.2025, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Prahlad Singh Dangwal, CSS (CSL No.6805), Deputy Secretary as Director [Pay Matrix Level-13 (Rs.1,23,100-2,15,900)] in Ministry of Home Affairs on regular basis with effect from the.forenoon of 01.07.2025.
. The appointment of Officer as Director is subject to further orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No.629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No.30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh & Ors. Vs. Lachhmi Narain Gupta 8s Ors. and other connected matters."
