Jammu, June 28: The Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today launched Mission YUVA (Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan), a visionary initiative to foster Entrepreneurship in J&K by creating 1.37 lakh enterprises and 4.25 lakh jobs in 5 years.
Advisor to CM Nasir Wani , Ministers Javed Rana , Sakina Itoo and Satish Sharma , Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo , ACS to CM Dheeraj Gupat were also there in the event.
Chief Minister today handed over sanction letters to young entrepreneurs under #MissionYuva. These beneficiaries will now take forward their dreams with financial and institutional support provided through the Mission.
The Chief Minister held a virtual interaction with MissionYuva beneficiaries from Kathua, Budgam, Samba, Baramulla & Ganderbal. Young entrepreneurs shared their journeys & future plans, reflecting the real impact of the scheme on ground.
CM visited stalls put up by local entrepreneurs at SKICC, interacted with them, and appreciated their innovations. The CM lauded their efforts and reaffirmed support under #MissionYuva to scale their ventures.
