Hyderabad, May : Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday arrested two Revenue Inspectors in connection with separate bribe cases.
In the first case, the ACB nabbed G. Krishna, a Revenue Inspector at the office of Tahsildar at Ibrahimpatnam mandal in Ranga Reddy district for allegedly demanding Rs.12 lakh as bribe from the complainant.
The bribe was allegedly demanded for processing the work of adding seven guntas of land in complainant's father's pattadar pass book in survey number 355 at Adibatla village in Ibrahimpatnam and to not only see that the file is processed at RDO office but also influence higher officials at MRO and RDO offices, according to ACB press release.
