Jammu, May 30: Once upon a time vide order dated 22.05.2021, ADC Budgam was appointed as Inquiry Officer for RDA against a Patwari but report was forwarded to FCR vide DC's letter dtd. 05.12.2024 i.e. after a gap of around 37 months.
Thereafter, Shaleen Kabra, FCR, J&K after studying the issue for 5 months & 25 days questioned the Inquiry Report of ADC by quoting it as inclusive & unsatisfactory & appointed another Additional DC to enquire charges against "PATWARI" & directed to submit the report within 15 days.
Now one has to wait & see, when that 15 days will complete as such a long time over the said enquiry taken.
