Jammu, May 18: In M.A./709/2025 In O.A./700/2024 titled KAMAL KUMAR SHARMA Vs PLANNING DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING after hearing CAT ordered as under;-
Miscellaneous Application No. 709 of 2025:- Learned counsel for the applicant has filed a Miscellaneous Application bearing No. 709/2025 on behalf of the applicant, seeking a direction upon Respondents No. 1 and 2 to stay the promotion of Respondents No. 4 to 12 from the post of Joint Director to the post of Director in the Planning and Monitoring Department, till the final disposal of the Original Application.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the contents of the Miscellaneous Application, this Tribunal is of the view that the ends of justice would be met by issuing the following direction: Respondents are directed to consider the case of the applicant for promotion, in accordance with the applicable rules and eligibility criteria.
If the applicant is found eligible, his case shall be considered along with others in the appropriate manner.
