Bidhuri, by taking pain, in the matter, got approval ACS Decision headed by LG Manoj Sinha, vide Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 followed by Govt Order No. 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 by which DCs were directed to resolve the issue in 03 months but that 03 months has not ended till day raised pointer towards working of concerned DC's.

However, Bidhuri, with his personal efforts cleared thousand of kanals of Gair Mumkin Khad Lands to other lands & was doing good but for the reasons best known to Govt, in between he was transferred as Div Com, Kashmir, causing "FULL STOP" over the crucial issue.

However, even after his transfer not even a single case was cleared by next so called secretary's, Revenue & the boss FCR.  However, a new ACs Decision
No. 98/06/2024 dated 25.07.2024 dtd 25th July 2024 was passed followed by Government Order No. 102-JK (Rev) of 2024 Dated.
