Jammu, May 18:One can see, one female Official was unnecessarily constrained to run in courts on negligences of Govt Officers of the time framke but ultimately her legal fight of around 08 years, she succeeded in her rights in Apex Court.
The story clearly proved that senior Officials were harassing a female Official since 29.04.2017, when first order was passed by High Court but was not implemented by the officers caused serious of litigations by Govt up to supreme Court level on Government.
It is also to submit that due to negligences of Officers of GAD, LAW & Jal Shakti, even Court sought personal Appearance of Chief Secretary in the said case & thereafter also Shaleen Kabra could not file SLP in Supreme Court in time, but filled with application for Condonations for Delay.
The SLP filed by Shaleen Kabra was dismissed by Supreme Court
However, Shaleen Kabra, ACS, after getting no further option ordered monetary regularization with immediate effect, order copy with CTN reads as under:-
